The breakfast had a good variety and the staff made fresh eggs and pancakes to order. The pool was a refreshing break from the heat and there were plenty of loungers to relax on. The hotel was situated in a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The rooms were old and outdated, in need of renovation. There was barely any hot water available for showers.

The attention to detail in this hotel is impressive, from the friendly and helpful staff to the basic amenities provided in the rooms. Speaking of rooms, I had a wonderful stay in a comfortable bed that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was also a highlight, with a wide variety of food and beverages to choose from.

This hotel is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by stunning scenery. There are several restaurants within walking distance, offering delicious food and friendly service. the staff is always helpful and welcoming, ready to assist with any queries you may have. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a hairdryer and a safe. the breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Plus, there is a lovely swimming pool and a sauna to relax after a day of exploring.
One downside is the lack of reliable internet, which can be frustrating at times.

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Great choice of nearby places to eat, especially enjoyed Tacos and Cuates. Chicamocha trip and cable car ride were absolutely spectacular and brilliant fun. The hotel had a nice swimming pool and the breakfast was very good with a big choice of food and beverages.

The breakfast offered a good variety of food, which was a nice surprise. the staff was friendly and helpful when providing recommendations for local activities. It was great that there were some good restaurants nearby, and the view from the hotel was beautiful.
The overall experience was quite disappointing. the room was dirty and poorly maintained, with dirty pillowcases and no hot water for most of the stay.
